Cold Start Solenoid Valve(CSSV) is installed on the engine head cover.

It controls gasoline fuel in the cold start fuel tank.

When engine start is impossible at the low temperature (below specified engine coolnat temperature), ECM controls the cold start solenoid valve to supply gasoline fuel to the intake manifold through the hose connected to the ETC module.
