Remove the tailgate trim.

(Refer to Body - "Tailgate Trim")

Remove the tailgate back panel.

(Refer to Body - "Tailgate Back Panel")

Remove the back view camera (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Install the back view camera.

Install the tailgate back panel and tailgate trim.
