After loosening the seat assembly mounting bolts, remove the seat assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
19.6 ~ 29.4 N.m (2.0 ~ 3.0kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 21.7 lb-ft)
After loosening the seat assembly mounting bolts, remove the seat assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
19.6 ~ 29.4 N.m (2.0 ~ 3.0kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 21.7 lb-ft)
Disconnect the connectors (A).

Installation is the reverse of removal.
SEAT MOUNTING BOLT INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Set the seat into the most rearward position. Check that each slide is locked, and then tighten the front mounting bolt temporarily.
Set the seat into most forward position. Check that each slide is locked, and then Tighten the rear mounting bolt completely.
Set the seat into the most rearward position. Check the front mounting bolt completely.
Check that the seat operates to and fro smoothy and the locking portion locks properly.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts your hands.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Remove the height knob cap (B).
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the pumping lever (A).
Unlock the lock pin (C) by pushing the pointed tool (B) between the recliner handle (A) and lock pin (C). And then remove the recliner handle (A) by pulling it as arrow direction.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the front seat shield outer cover (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Replace any damaged clips.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts your hands.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Remove the following items first :
Front seat assembly
Front seat shield outer cover
Push the lock pin (B), remove the headrest (A).
Remove the protector (A).
Remove the airbag connector mounting clip (A).
Remove the hog-ring clips (A) located in the rear lower side of front seat back cover.
After removing the hog-ring clips, turn up slightly the front seat back cover as shown in the picture.
[Rear side]
Remove the hog-ring clips (A) located in the front lower side of front seat back cover.
After removing the hog-ring clips, turn up slightly the front seat back cover as shown in the picture.
[Front side]
Remove the hog-ring clips (A) located in the rear upper side of front seat back cover.
After removing the hog-ring clips, turn up slightly the front seat back cover as shown in the picture.
[Rear side]
Remove the hog-ring clips (A) located in the front upper side of front seat back cover.
After removing the hog-ring clips, turn up slightly the front seat back cover as shown in the picture.
[Front side]
Remove all hog-ring clips from the front seat back cover (A), and then remove the cover by turning up and raising it.
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.
Remove the front seat back cover from the frame.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts your hands.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Remove the following items first :
Front seat assembly
Front seat shield outer cover
Push the protecter (A) and then seat cushion cover (C) from the frame (B).
Remove the front seat cushion cover (A) from the frame.
After removing the hog-ring clips (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the front seat cushion cover (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts your hands.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Remove the following items first :
Front seat assembly
Front seat shield outer cover
Front seat back cover
Front seat cushion cover
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the front seat shield inner cover (A).
After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (A) and seat cushion frame (B).
Tightening torque :
44.1 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.5 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 32.5 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the side air bag for replacing side air bag installation seat.
Before service, be fully aware of precautions and service procedure relevant to air bag.
