A plastic trim tool is recommended, but if prying with a screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
Remove the gear knob (A) after turning in the counter clock-wise direction.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the gear boots (A).
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the floor console front bezel (A).
Disconnect the connectors (A).
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the parking brake cover (A).
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the rear tray pad console (A).
After loosening the mounting bolt and clips, then remove the floor front console assembly (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Make sure the connectors are connected in properly.
Replace any damaged clips.
