Inspect traffic condition, driving habit, vehicle condition, external circumstances etc.
Inspect engine hesitation, poor power, poor acceleration etc.
Inspect "Basic inspection".
Inspect "fuel quality" first.
If fuel quality is normal, Perform Inspection procedure as below.
