The Air Conditioner Control Module receives air conditioner refrigerants pressure from the ECM via CAN. The Air Conditioning Pressure Transducer (APT) supplies the A/C line pressure to the ECM. The APT value is used by the A/C control unit to control engagement of the compressor.
The Air conditioner Control Module sets DTC B1672 if APT signal has not been received through the CAN signal.
