Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).

IG "ON" or ENG "ON".

3.

Check if the GDS displays a fault code.

Using the GDS, check to see if there is any fault in the ABS/TCS/ESP system.

If there is a fault in the ABS/TCS/ESP system, repair the system as necessary. Select the LKAS system and monitor the DTC.

▶ Replace the ABS/TCS/ESP with a working unit. If the replaced unit works properly, check to see whether the system works properly.

▶ Replace the LKAS ECU with a working unit. If the replaced unit works properly, check to see whether the system works properly.

▶ Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).

IG "ON" or ENG "ON".

7.

Check if the GDS displays a fault code.

8.

Using the GDS, check to see if there is any fault in the ABS/TCS/ESP system.

If there is a fault in the ABS/TCS/ESP system, repair the system as necessary. Select the LKAS system and monitor the DTC.

	▶ Go to next procedure.
	▶ Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
