Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
Has a problem been found?

Ignition "OFF".
Ignition "ON".
Measure voltage between Pin No. 9 (Power) terminal of EMS Box harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : B+
※ Fuel Pump will operate short period time as soon as ignition key is turned "ON"

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and disconnect EMS Box and PCM connector.
Measure resistance between Pin No. 20 (Fuel Pump Relay Control) terminal of EMS Box harness connector and Pin No. 70 (Fuel Pump Relay Control) terminal of PCM harness connector.
Specification : Approx. below 1 Ω
