■ Check internal errors of B-CAN communication units
1.

IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".

2.

After connect GDS, select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTC)" mode.

3.

Disconnect B-CAN communication units one by one and monitor DTC to find the cause.

* Body CAN communication Control Units : BCM(Body Control Module), CLU(Cluster Module), SJB(Smart Junction Box), SMK(Smart Key Module), PSM(Power Seat Module), AVN(Audio Video Navigation).

4.

Is the code erased?

▶ Substitute with a known - good unit and check for proper operation.

If the problem is corrected, replace the unit and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
