Check the "vehicle speed' parameter on the scantool.
Specification : It is changable according to vehicle speed.

Connect scantool and Engine "ON"
Select "Vehicle Speed" parameter on the scantool.
(check wheel speed output value at ABS(ESP) system. And, check vehicle speed at ECM and Air conditioner system.)

Are all the parameters normal ?
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or AHLS ECU connector or was repaired and AHLS ECU memory was not cleared. Throughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage.Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Incorrect Vehicle Speed Output (Including ABS(ESP) wheel speed output) : ☞ Repair or replace wheel speed sensor and ABS(ESP) system according to ABS(ESP) troubleshooting guide as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ Incorrect Vehicle Speed Output after Cluster : ☞ Substitute with a known-good Cluster and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace Cluster as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ Incorrect Vehicle Speed Output only at AHLS ECU : ☞ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
