LKAS is an abbreviation of Lane Keeping Assist System. During vehicle operation at 60 km/h, LKAS detects a lane via a camera and helps the driver to maintain the vehicle within the lane when it tries to get out of the lane. If the vehicle gets out of the lane, LKAS alerts the driver by setting an alarm. LKAS can be enabled or disabled by turning its software on or off.
The LKAS(Lane Keeping Assits System) sets DTC P153212 and turns the warning lamp ON if the driving voltage of LKAS signal Switch is higher than normal voltage.
