Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
Has a problem been found?

IG Key "OFF".
Disconnect Driver Power Outside Mirror connector and BSD ECU(LH) connector.
Measure the resistance between DRV LED (+) terminal of Driver Power Outside Mirror harness connector and DRV LED (+) of BSD ECU(LH) harness connector.
Measure the resistance between DRV LED (-) terminal of Driver Power Outside Mirror harness connector and DRV LED (-) of BSD ECU(LH) harness connector.
Specification : below 1Ω
Is the measured resisance normal?

IG Key "OFF".
Disconnect mirror connector of the LH outside mirror.
Check the resistance between the LH outside mirror signal circuit and chassis ground.
Specification : ∞ Ω
Is the measured resisance normal?
