Component Location
General Description

The EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) ECU monitors the Motor Position Sensor located inside the EPS motor.

ESP ECU uses the Position Sensor input to control the motor.

DTC Description

EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) sets this code and inhibits EPS if a data read from motor position sensor has an error.
