■ G-YAW RATE Sensor(G-Sensor) Check
1.

Check installation condition of G-YAW RATE Sensor(G-Sensor). If NG, repair as necessary and go to "Verification vehicle Repair" procedure.

2.

IG "ON" & Engine "OFF"

3.

After connecting scantool, check DTC on the scantool.

4.

Using scantool, Erase the DTCs.

5.

Using a scantool, Check DTC present.

6.

Is the same DTC shown?

▶ Substitute with a known-good G-YAW RATE sensor(G-sensor) and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace G-YAW RATE sensor(G-sensor) and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ This fault is intermittently caused by the sensor. Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
