When Impossible starting, engine hesitation, poor power (acceleration) and abnormal compression pressure occur, engine timing alignment should be inspected.
Make sure that another contact trouble between intake (exhaust) valve and piston also can be caused by in accurate engine timing alignment.
1) Set Timing marks to be aligned.
2) Direction of high pressure pump slot and pin should be aligned.
3) Do not reuse the tensioner lever and guide fixing bolt. If necessary, the bolt can be reused after removing hardening sealant and then appling sealant (LOCTITE 262, THREEBOND 1324N or equvalent) on the thread of the bolt.
