Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the crash pad side cover(A).

After loosening the crash pad lower panel mounting screws, remove the lower panel (A).

After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the reinforcing panel (A).

Disconnect the mode control actuator connector after removing the air duct.

Loosen the mounting screws and then remove the mode control actuator (B).

Installation is the reverse order of removal.
