2.
After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen the lower anchor mounting bolt (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
When installing the belt, make sure not to damaged the pretensioner.
Remove the following items first.
Front door scuff trim.
Rear door scuff trim.
After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen the lower anchor mounting bolt (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Remove the center pillar lower trim (A).
Disconnect the cap.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the center pillar upper trim (A) .
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the upper anchor (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Disconnect the battery negative cable and wait at least three minutes before beginning work.
After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin (A), remove the SIS connector (B), Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the pretensioner (C).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
After installing the curtain airbag, confirm proper system operation; Turn the ignition switch ON; the SRS indicator light should be turned on for about 6 seconds and then go off.
Remove the following items first.
Front door scuff trim.
Rear door scuff trim.
Front seat belt lower anchor.
Front seat belt upper anchor.
Center fillar lower trim.
Center fillar upper trim.
After loosening the bolt, then remove the hight adjustor (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Replace ant damaged clips.
Make sure the height adjust properly.
Remove the front seat.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front seat belt buckle (A).
Disconnect the mounting clip, and then remove the buckle.
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
