P060B is set when 1) writing / reading error inside of ECM occurs. 2) error of APS 2 ground checking which is repeated every 0.2 sec. or 3) the voltage of sensor power supply 1 and 2 ( the standard voltage of A/D converter) are below 4.7V or above 5.1V. T
