DTC P2238 is set when 'Voltage nernst' circuit in λ sensor is open/short to ground. DTC "P2239" or "P2251" is retrieved together or "P2238, P2239" and "P2251" is set by abnormal signal is detected at 'Current adjust' and 'Ground'. If ECM detects 'Voltage nernst' circuit / 'Current pump' circuit is faulty.
