Remove the exhaust manifold heat protectors (A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
Remove the DPF (or WCC) converter assembly.
(Refer to Engine Control/Fuel System - "DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)")
Remove the turbocharger assembly.
(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "Turbo Charger")
Remove the exhaust manifold heat protectors (A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
Remove the exhaust manifold (A) with the gasket.
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 44.1 N.m (4.0 ~ 4.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 32.5 lb-ft)
When installing the 4 outside nuts, make sure bushes (B) is installed.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
