Remove the EGR cooler hose (A) and oil cooler hoses (B).
Remove the intake manifold.
(Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - "Intake Manifold")
Remove the EGR cooler hose (A) and oil cooler hoses (B).
Remove the high pressure EGR cooler (A).
Tightening torque
Bolts (B) :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
Nuts (C) :
19.6 ~ 26.5 N.m (2.0 ~ 2.7 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 19.5 lb-ft)
When installing the EGR cooler, tighten the bolts and nuts with pre-torque first, and then tighten the bolts and nuts with specified torque in the sequence shown.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
