Disconnect all related modules and PCM connectors and inspect for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage. Reconnect the connectors.
Connect the GDS and go to ""Current Data"".
Monitor modules and PCM sensor values in Current Data, check and wiggle the harness(es), connector(s), and terminal(s).
Any change in the values indicates a poor connection. Was a connector problem found?

Measure the resistance between CAN-HIGH and CAN-LOW terminals of data link connector (Measurement "A")
Disconnect PCM connector.
Measure the resistance between CAN-HIGH and CAN-LOW terminals of data link connector (Measurement "B")
Specification : PCM, Instrument Cluster and ABS/ESP ECU connected : 60 ± 3Ω (Measurement "A"), PCM disconnected : 120 ± 3Ω (Measurement "B")
Is the measured resistance within specification ?

Check resistance between CAN-LOW terminal of Data Link Connector and chassis ground. (CAN LOW line)

Is the measured voltage within specification ?
