Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the tailgate trim.

(Refer to Body - "Body Side Moldings")

Remove the high mounted stop lamp assembly after removing nuts (3EA).

Install the high mounted stop lamp.

Install the tailgate trim.
