Remove the mounting bolts (A).
Tightening torque:
4.9 ~ 6.8 N.m (0.5 ~ 0.7 kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.1 Ib-ft)
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
Remove the extension side cover. (Refer to Body group-Console)
Disconnect the Longitudinal G sensor connector.
Remove the mounting bolts (A).
Tightening torque:
4.9 ~ 6.8 N.m (0.5 ~ 0.7 kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.1 Ib-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Ignition "OFF", connect GDS.
Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF" select vehicle name and ESP system.
Perform Longitudinal G-sensor calibration in vehide S/W Management menu of the GDS.
Perform the "Longitudinal G-Sensor Calibration" procedure with GDS.
Complete the “Longitudinal G-Sensor Calibration” procedure.
