2.
Disconnect the wiring connectors and harness clamps and remove the connector brackets around the cylinder head cover.
Use fender covers to avoid damaging painted surfaces.
To avoid damage, unplug the wiring connectors carefully while holding the connector portion.
Mark all wiring and hoses to avoid misconnection.
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
Disconnect the wiring connectors and harness clamps and remove the connector brackets around the cylinder head cover.
Disconnect the breather hose (A).
Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (A).
Disconnect the fuel hose (A) from the cold start solenoid valve and detach the cold start solenoid valve and bracket assembly (B) from the cylinder head cover.
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
Remove the cylinder head center cover (A).
Tightening torque :
4.9 ~ 7.8 N.m (0.5 ~ 0.8 kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.8 lb-ft)
Remove the ignition coil.

Remove the cylinder head cover (A) with it`s gasket (B).
Unfasten the cylinder head cover bolts in the sequence shown.
