Disconnect the ETC Motor, TPS and PCM/ECM connectors and inspect for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage. Reconnect the connectors.
Connect the GDS and go to “Current Data”.
Monitor TPS values in Current Data, check and wiggle the harness(es), connector(s), and terminal(s).
Any change in the values indicates a poor connection. Was a connector problem found?

IG "OFF". Disconnect PCM/ECM connector.
Measure resistance between 'ETC output 1' terminal and 'ETC output 2' terminal of PCM/ECM harness connector.
Specification : Approx. 1.2 ~ 1.8 Ω ( 20℃ / 68℉ )
Is resistance within specification?
