IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect HO2S(S1)_UP connector.
Check that HO2S(S1)_UP is contaminated or damaged by foreign materials.
Has a problem been found ?

IG KEY "OFF".
Connect probe to signal terminal(Virtual Ground/Nernst Voltage/Current Pump/Trim Resistor) of HO2S(S1)_UP connector and select oscilloscope function with GDS.
Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
Measure signal waveform of HO2S(S1)_UP with GDS.
