Monitor "A/C Relay" parameter on the “Current Data” with GDS.
Normal data of A/C Compressor without A/C switch OFF.
Normal data of A/C Compressor without A/C switch ON.
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
Monitor "A/C Relay" parameter on the “Current Data” with GDS.
Are the parameters displayed correctly ?
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or ECM’s connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ If there is malfunction on the TPS, ECTS, RPM, Clutch S/W, Door S/W, Auto-Starting will not be functioning. Perform troubleshoot the part that has abnormal signal. ▶Go to "Terminal & Connector Inspection" procedure. |
