Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Has a problem been found?

IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect EMS Box and ECM.
Measure the resistance between A/C Compressor Relay Control terminal of A/C Compressor Relay harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Infinite
Is the measured resistance within specification ?

IG KEY "OFF".
Disconnect EMS Box and ECM.
Measure the resistance between A/C Relay control terminal of EMX BOX harness connector and A/C Relay control terminal of ECM harness connector.
Specification : Below 1Ω
Is the measured resistance within specification ?
