Measure signal waveform of MAPS, BPS and TPS all together by stepping on and off the accellerator padel.
Specification : Refer to Signal Waveform & Data
IG KEY "OFF".
Connnect CH A probe to signal terminal of MAPS connector and CH B probe to signal terminal of BPS connector.
Connnect CH C probe to signal terminal of TPS connector.
Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
Measure signal waveform of MAPS, BPS and TPS all together by stepping on and off the accellerator padel.
Specification : Refer to Signal Waveform & Data
Does the BPS operate properly? (Check variation)
 | ▶ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Substitute with a known-good BPS and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace BPS and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
