Change a shift lever from P-range to D-range.

Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF".
Select "Current Data" mode and monitor "Inhibitor switch" parameter.

Is the Inhibitor switch value chaged in specification?
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact of TCM and DTC was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair as necessary and go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
