Disconnect the vapor tube quick-connector (A).
Release the residual pressure in the fuel line. (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Release Pressure in Fuel Line")
Disconnect the vapor tube quick-connector (A).
Disconnect the fuel feed hose (A).
Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).
Remove the cold start fuel tank installation bolts (B), and then remove the cold start fuel tank.
Remove the cold start fuel pump motor (A).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Suction port should be inserted straight without seal is folding.
Cold start fuel tank installation bolt :
2.0 ~ 3.0 N.m (0.2 ~ 0.3 kgf.m, 1.48 ~ 2.21 lb-ft)
