1.
Loosen the rear seat mounting bolts.
Tightening torque :
34.3 ~ 53.9 N.m (3.5 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 25.3 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Loosen the rear seat mounting bolts.
Tightening torque :
34.3 ~ 53.9 N.m (3.5 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 25.3 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Pull up seat back garnish (A), folding the rear seat.
After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
34.3 ~ 53.9 N.m (3.5 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 25.3 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Seat mounting bolt and nut installation procedure.
Tighten temporarily in the order of nut and bolt on the front of recliner hinge installation part.
After completely tightening completely the bolt on the back of the recliner hinge installaion part, tighten the bolt on the front of it completely.
Setting down the seat cushion, tighten the mounting bolt of the cushion frame hinge.
Check if reclining the seat and folding seat back operate smoothly.
Remove the rear seat.
Push the lock pin (B), and then remove the headrest (A).
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the side hinge outer cover (A).
Loosen the side hinge outer bracket mounting bolt (A).
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the seat back garnish (A).
Disconnect the hogring clips (A).
Loosen the armrest board mounting screws.
Loosen the mounting nut.
Disconnect the lock pin (B), removing the armrest (A).
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.
Disconnect the seat back cover (A) from the seat back frame.
Disconnect the hog ring clips (B) on the rear of seat back, remove the seat back cover (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hogring clips (A).
Replace the hogring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].
Remove the rear seat.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the side hinge outer cover (A).
Loosen the side hinge outer bracket mounting bolt (A).
Disconnect the protector (A).
Disconnect the seat cushion cover (A) from the seat cushion frame.
Disconnect the hog ring clips (B) on the rear of seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hogring clips (A).
Replace the hogring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].
Remove rear seat.
Remove the rear seat back cover.
After loosening the mounting screw, and then remove the seat back garnish (A).
Disconnect the recliner cable (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the following items.
Rear seat
Seat back cover
Seat cushion cover
Headrest guide
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the rear seat cushion side cover (A).
After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (A) and seat cushion frame (B).
Tightening torque :
44.1 ~ 58.8 N.m (4.5 ~ 6.0 kgf.m, 32.5 ~ 43.4 lb-ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Push the lock pin (B), and then remove the headrest (A).
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the side hinge inner cover (A).
Loosen the side hinge inner bracket mounting bolt (A).
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the seat back garnish (A).
Seat back cover (A), and then full it up.
Remove the hogring clips (A).
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.
Disconnect the seat back cover from the seat back frame.
Disconnect the hog ring clips (B) on the rear of seat back, remove the seat back cover (A).
Installation is the reverse of removal.
