Disconnect the differential pressure sensor connector (A) and the Lambda sensor connector (B).
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
Disconnect the differential pressure sensor connector (A) and the Lambda sensor connector (B).
Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature sensor #1 connector (A) and the #2 connector (B).
Remove the heat protector (C) after removing 3 bolts.
Romove the cowl cover (D) for securing the working space (Refer to "Exterior" in BD group). [LHD Only]
Disconnect the hoses (A) connected with the differential pressure sensor from the CPF assembly.
Remove the CPF assembly (A) after removing the mounting bolts/nut (B) from the turbo charger (C).
CPF assembly mounting bolt/nut:
29.4 ~ 34.3 Nm (3.0 ~ 3.5 kgf.m, 21.7 ~ 25.3 lb-ft)
Lift the vehicle and remove the front muffler assembly (A) and the CPF assembly stay (B).
CPF assembly stay mounting bolt:
21.6 ~ 27.5 Nm (2.2 ~ 2.8 kgf.m, 15.9 ~ 20.3 lb-ft)
Front muffler assembly mounting nut:
39.2 ~ 58.8N.m (4.0 ~ 6.4kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 43.4lb-ft)
Remove the right driveshaft (C) for securing the working space. (Refer to "Driveshaft Assembly" in DS group.) [RHD Only]
Remove the CPF assembly by lifting it up. [LHD]
Remove the CPF assembly by taking it down. [RHD]
