Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Ignition "ON"
Perform applicable troubleshooting guide procedure when other than DTC C1663 is stored.
In case only DTC C1663 is stored, clear DTC and then drive vehicle for certain amount of time.

- Auto Location is performed when stop for over 19 minutes or driving after parked.
- Sensor enters Parking Mode when stoped for over 15 minutes or parked and enters First Block Mode when acceleration of 4g(15~20km/h) is detected on Parking Mode.
Perform "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTC)" with GDS.

Erase DTC.
After erase DTC Check for any DTCs again.
Is the same DTC occurred again?

Monitor "Sensor AL Condition" parameter on "Current Data" with GDS.

Is parameter within specifications?
![]() | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the TPMS module’s connector or was repaired and TPMS module memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |

If problem is corrected, replace TPMS Module and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ Perfrom "Register Sensor" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS TPMS(Exciter) or drive vehicle with over 15 mile/h(25 km/h) for 10 minutes to complete auto-learning and auto-location, after TPMS Sensor is replaced. |
